Public notice is hereby given that the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the on-demand installation of interactive digital solutions (IDS) for all of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION's establishments.

INFORMATION

As of April 8, 2024, tender documents will be available on the "Système électronique d'appel d'offres" (SEAO) website. The price list can be found under "Customer service". Tender documents can only be obtained via the SEAO.

APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS

This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:


TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO;



CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT;



COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC AND TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CANADA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION;


SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK

THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to mandate a SERVICE PROVIDER to de-install and/or replace interactive digital boards (TNI) and install interactive digital surfaces (SNI) in various schools in addition to the modulars at the Centre de services scolaires des Samares. The monitors are BENQ and SMART.

CLOSING, RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS

To be valid and considered, bids (one (1) original with no copies) must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for on-demand contract for interactive digital solutions (IDS) installation services" and must be received at [SB1] 8, rue Monseigneur Lafortune, Saint-Paul (Québec) J6E 6G7 (SRM Workshop), no later than May 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., local time, to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day, at the same time. All bids received after this time will be automatically rejected.

L'ORGANISME PUBLIC does not undertake to accept any of the bids received under this call for tenders.

Bids may also be submitted electronically. If so, such transmission may only be made via the electronic tendering system
(SEAO) at the following address: https://www.seao.ca/


INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT

No information meeting is planned. However, the SERVICE SUPPLIER may request a kick-off meeting after the award.

TENDER GUARANTEE

The TENDERER must provide a bid security with its Tender, in the lump sum amount of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00).

CLOSE OF BUSINESS

If, for exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION should close its doors on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of tenders, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same place and time.

The present notice of invitation to tender represents an overview of certain conditions set out in the tender documents, of which it forms an integral part. Tenderers must read the tender documents in their entirety.
