Description

"Construction of an excavation pit, earthworks approx. 6,000m3;
Construction of a back-anchored soldier pile wall, approx. 370m2;
Production of approx. 100 bored piles,
Production of 7 m overlap. Bored pile wall
incl. explosive ordnance sounding."

Execution must begin
within 12 working days of receipt of the request by the client (Section 5 (2) sentence 2 VOB/B).

The request is expected to be received by 19.08.2024.
The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance):
within 220 working days after the above deadline
5 working days/week

Intermediate deadlines:
Submission of work planning +6 weeks after commissioning
Handover of excavation pit to shell +14 weeks after start of construction
Chiseling of the bored pile heads +18 (basement) and +30 weeks (ground floor) after start of construction
Removal of shoring, backfilling of working areas +34 weeks after start of construction
