The Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC BODY"), a legal person under public law duly constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales, having its principal place of business at 150, boulevard René-Lévesque Est, 18th floor, in the City of Québec, Province of Québec, G1R 2B2, acting as mandatary for the establishments identified in Appendix A of the present call for tenders.
In order to comply with the requirements of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies regarding the acquisition of services, the PUBLIC BODY must proceed by way of a call for tenders in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies.
L'ORGANISME PUBLIC wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the acquisition of independent labour services for the following job titles:

2246 : Technical coordinator (respiratory therapy);


2247 : Clinical instructor (respiratory therapy);

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract shall cover an initial period of 6 months. The Contract provides for THREE (3) renewal options of SIX (6) months each.
Intergovernmental agreements apply.
Tender documents can only be obtained through SEAO (www.seao.ca).
Tenderers are required to use only the AOS software to submit a tender.
Paper bids are not permitted.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received, particularly if it finds that the prices are disproportionate or beyond its estimate.
