Center de services scolaires des Découvreurs requests bids for hygiene and sanitation services at Polyvalente de l'Ancienne-Lorette
Documentation will be available as of Friday, April 11, 2024. Any person or company will be able to obtain tender documents, plans and specifications and other documents relevant to the project through the SEAO.
Visits are not mandatory, but are strongly recommended, and can be made by appointment. See tender documents for details.
Tenders, in a sealed envelope marked "Polyvalente de L'Ancienne-Lorette : services d'hygiène et salubrité", addressed to the Service des ressources matérielles du Centrte de services scolaires des Découvreurs, will be received at 100-945 avenue Wolfe in Québec City on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 10 a.m., to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day and at the same time.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the bid amount, issued either by certified cheque, money order or bank draft and payable to the order of ORGANISME PUBLIC.
This bid bond must be exchanged for a performance bond when the contract is signed.
The owner does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
